I saw the difference when cutting fruit and vegetables left no oxidation on the food being cut compared to steel blade does stay sharp I like it even if breaks you can replace blade nice

Finally got hold of one of Blanchwater’s ID holders. It doesn’t sound like much but with an extremely cleverly designed bar code window, removing the need to take your ID out and scan it every time, this should be the go-to ID holder for everyone. Excellent work team - a great, practical piece of kit!
